NaProTECHNOLOGY is a very thorough and comprehensive approach to women’s healthcare. Our physicians spend time prior to your appointment familiarizing themselves with your individual case and the concerns you bring to your appointment.
***For this reason, our physicians highly recommend having the following submitted two (2) weeks prior to your appointment:
Copy of your Creighton Chart with at least 6-8 weeks of charting
All relevant medical records including: OB/GYN office visit notes, hormone lab results, operative reports from OB/GYN surgeries, sonogram (ultrasound) results, and hysterosalpingogram (HSG – tubal dye study) results. An imaging disc of the sonogram and HSG results can be very helpful to us. If you have previously worked with a NaProTECHNOLOGY provider, it is important for us to obtain information from them.
