Alison Collins, D.O.

Please welcome Dr. Alison Collins, our new family medicine physician.

Dr. Alison Collins joins WholeLife after six-years in rural medicine at the CHRISTUS Trinity Clinic in Jacksonville, Texas, where she provide high-level care for the whole family with few of the resources enjoyed in urban centers like Fort Worth.

She is a native of Grand Rapids, MI., and received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Michigan State University. Dr. Collins also graduated from a dually-accredited residency program in rural Virginia and is AOA Board Certified in Family Medicine and Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.

Her undergraduate studies at Franciscan University of Steubenville included biology, theology, and philosophy. She credits her love for the humanities as having formed the basis of her approach to healthcare, which is to treat not only the symptom, but the soul.

She is a trained NaPro Medical Consultant and will work collaboratively with the OBGYN team to bring this skillset to Family Medicine.

Her professional interests include behavioral/mental health and pediatrics. When not practicing medicine or spending time with her family, she can be found at her craft table designing greeting cards.
