Position: Medical Assistant
WholeLife Authentic Care is growing and looking for a Medical Assistant. The MA will be involved in direct patient care and is responsible for but not limited to tasks including assessing vital signs, rooming patients, collection of patient information, lab collection, running point of care lab testing, immunizations, assisting the physician and/or medical provider, and ensuring the comfort and care of the patients.
Position: Nurse (RN or LVN)
WholeLife Authentic Care is seeking a licensed nurse (RN or LVN) candidate who is eager to join our efforts. The nurse will be involved in direct patient care and is responsible for but not limited to tasks including patient education, surgical scheduling, phone triage, delegation of patient care tasks to medical assistants, assisting the physician and/or medical provider, and ensuring the comfort and care of the patients.
Position: Patient Access Representative
WholeLife Authentic Care is adding to our Patient Access team. The Patient Access Representative will manage front desk operations to include greeting patients and visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling patient visits, registering patients and ensuring demographic and billing information are correct, overseeing completion of registration consents, collecting patient payments, and other duties, as assigned.
