WholeLife accepts most major insurance plans and also offers transparent, affordable cash pricing so that families can choose the option that best fits their family’s needs.
Because our clinic is intentionally small and relationship-centered, every appointment time is reserved specifically for you. When visits go unused, it directly limits access for other families who are waiting for care. This shared stewardship allows us to continue providing unrushed, attentive, mission-driven care to our community.
Our No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
We understand that life happens — illness, emergencies, and unexpected needs are real. At the same time, WholeLife operates with a limited number of daily appointments so that we can provide unrushed, attentive care to each family.
When an appointment is missed or cancelled too late, another family loses the opportunity to receive care that day.
To steward access fairly for all families, the following policy applies:
No show & Late Cancellation $75
These fees are not a penalty — they exist to protect appointment access and help us continue offering affordable pricing for the entire community.
