See if You Qualify

Check to See if You Are Eligible for an Infertility Surgical Consultation:

We understand that trying to find answers can feel overwhelming. Infertility can be a difficult journey, and no couple should have to face it alone. While it's true that about 1 in 6 couples encounter this challenge and may be told there's little that can be done, we believe infertility is often a sign of something deeper, not just a disease.

At WholeLife, our goal is to support you in becoming whole—body, mind, and spirit. If you've been trying to conceive for at least 6 months through fertility-focused intercourse, you might be eligible to speak with our specialist, Dr. Hemphill, a Certified Fertility Care Practitioner and graduate of the NaProTECHNOLOGY & Surgical Fellowship at Saint Paul VI Institute, about potential surgical options.

Check the criteria below to see if you’re eligible.

You may qualify if any of these apply:

  • No pregnancy after 6+ cycles of fertility-focused intercourse.

  • No pregnancy after 1 year of random acts of intercourse without contraception

  • Prior fertility surgery at least 12 months ago and still not pregnant.

  • Prior incomplete surgery

If none of those apply, you still may qualify if you experience any of these:

  • Pain during intercourse or menstrual periods.

  • Diagnosed or suspected endometriosis

  • Need to check if fallopian tubes are open (e.g., suspected blockage).

  • Isthmocele (cesarean scar defect).

  • Fibroids affecting fertility.

  • Irregular bleeding, such as:

Bleeding between periods or brown bleeding at the end of periods.

  • Chronic endometritis.

  • Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) needing surgical evaluation.

Or if you have been referred by a physician, advanced practitioner, or FertilityCare Practitioner for surgical evaluation, you may also apply.

Dr. Hemphill is licensed to practice in Texas, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Virginia. A tele-health consultation can be booked if you’re in one of those states.

If you meet any of the above criteria, you can request to schedule with Dr. Hemphill’s nurse to first discuss details and ensure Dr. Hemphill has all the medical records needed prior to a surgical consultation.

If you don’t meet these criteria, you’ll first need to schedule with a medical consultant for an initial evaluation before being considered for a surgical consultation with Dr. Hemphill.
