We understand that life happens — illness, emergencies, and unexpected needs are real. At the same time, WholeLife operates with a limited number of daily appointments so that we can provide unrushed, attentive care to each family.
When an appointment is missed or cancelled too late, another family loses the opportunity to receive care that day.
To steward access fairly for all families, the following policy applies:
