Progesterone
Monitoring
Qualifications
WholeLife offers personalized progesterone monitoring for women who may be experiencing low hormone levels related to fertility, early pregnancy, or miscarriage risk. This service is ideal for those with a history of pregnancy loss, irregular cycles, or signs of hormone imbalance. Through targeted blood testing and individualized bio-identical progesterone treatment, our team supports your body’s natural ability to sustain a healthy pregnancy—using evidence-based protocols rooted in the Creighton Model and NaProTECHNOLOGY.
If a patient has any of the following in their medical history, they are eligible for progesterone monitoring during pregnancy:
Preterm delivery
Preterm birth
Preterm labor
Postpartum depression
Low serum progesterone
Postpeak progesterone or HCG medication usage (not during pregnancy)
Progesterone usage during previous pregnancy
History of miscarriage
History of ectopic pregnancy
Fertility issues
Multiples in current pregnancy (twins or triplets)
Cervical insufficiency (cerclage)
Bio-Identical Progesterone
At our practice, we exclusively prescribe bio-identical, natural progesterone—a form of progesterone that is biochemically, biologically, pharmacologically, and structurally identical to the hormone naturally produced by the human body.
You may notice that some progesterone products (like Prometrium) include warnings about potential birth defects. These warnings typically apply to synthetic progesterone substitutes—known as progestins, which are commonly found in hormonal contraceptives—not to the pure, bio-identical progesterone we use.
The Pope Paul VI Institute, with decades of clinical experience, has safely used bio-identical progesterone during pregnancy with no reported complications. Based on this evidence and our own clinical experience, we are fully confident in its safety and are comfortable prescribing it throughout pregnancy.

SneakPeek Early Gender Test
Discover your baby’s predicted gender early in pregnancy with the SneakPeek Early Gender Test — a non‑invasive DNA blood test that can determine whether you’re having a boy or a girl as early as 6 weeks into your pregnancy. The test analyzes cell‑free fetal DNA in the mother’s bloodstream to detect the presence (or absence) of male (Y) chromosomes with clinically proven over 99% accuracy, and results are typically delivered via email shortly after processing. This early insight allows families to plan and celebrate sooner.
