Nicole Havrilla, CFCP

President & Founder 

Nicole Havrilla holds a MBA and is a Certified FertilityCare Practitioner of the Creighton Model FertilityCare System. With over 10 years experience in teaching the model, she is certified and an active member of both the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals and FertilityCare Centers of America.

She brings over 20 years experience in business and marketing. Her work with Fortune 500 companies, Dallas YMCA, Amarillo EDC, West Texas A&M and Texas Tech University combine to make a successful portfolio and a proven track record. As the owner of a small marketing consulting firm, she assists small businesses both for-profit and nonprofit. Nicole is known for her creativity and her ability to turn projects into structured initiatives.

Nicole and her husband George returned to Fort Worth in 2011, and live in the heart of the city with their three “NaPro Babies,” daughters Claire (7), Alice (4) and Baby George. The family belongs to St. Patrick's Cathedral in Fort Worth.
 

Mandy Cox, CFCE

Founder & Advisor

Mandy Cox is a certified FertilityCare Educator with over 15 years of experience teaching the Creighton Model FertilityCare System. After witnessing the great need for more practitioners, she became a FertilityCare Educator in 2009. This enabled her to direct her own program, FertilityCare Centers of North Texas Practitioner Education Program, increasing the number of practitioners in Dallas Fort Worth to over 20. She is certified and an active member of both the American Academy of FertilityCare Professionals and FertilityCare Centers of America.

Mandy is the co-founder of the FertilityCare Centers of North Texas, directing the Mid-Cities Satellite.  She graduated from Franciscan University of Steubenville, 2001.

She and her husband John have five beautiful children, Joshua, Abigail, Monica, Emily and Collette. Recently, John’s job moved the family to Longmont, CO. Mandy will continue to serve on the board of WholeLife Authentic Care as an advisory board member.
 

Dr. Steve Krebel, MD

Treasurer & Founder 

Dr. Krebel works in pediatric emergency medicine at Cook Children’s Hospital. After growing-up in Dallas, he completed his bachelor's degree at Texas A&M University in 1984 and continued his education at Southwestern Medical School in Dallas from 1984 through 1988.  After receiving his medical degree, Dr. Krebel continued his training at Arkansas Children’s Hospital in Little Rock, earning his certificate in general pediatrics in 1991.  He remained in Little Rock to complete a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine (PEM).  After completing his fellowship, both he and his wife joined the PEM group at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth in 1995.

Dr. Krevel and his wife of 25 years, Meredith, are parishioners at St. Elizabeth Ann Seaton’s parish. They have four children with them on Earth, Hunter (20), Hannah (18), Heather (15), and Hale (13), and four children in Heaven.

 

Jessica Rodriguez, RN

Secretary 

Jessica Rodriguez is a registered nurse and currently practices in pediatric emergency/trauma care at Cook Children’s Medical Center in Fort Worth.  She is a native to Fort Worth and has spent nearly the past two decades in healthcare, serving in both clinical and administrative roles. 

Jessica has a bachelor’s of business administration degree from Texas A&M University and a nursing degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center.  She is currently completing her training as a Creighton Model FertilityCare Practitioner.   Prior to nursing, Jessica served as an administrator at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas.  During her tenure at Children’s, she led her team in the patient financial services department through a time of enormous expansion. This included the opening of a new hospital in Plano and the addition of a new tower at the medical center’s main campus. Jessica also has valuable strategic planning experience working at AmeriMed Consulting in Irving where she assisted hospitals and healthcare systems across the country.

She is a volunteer pro-life crisis pregnancy counselor at Mother and Unborn Baby Care in Fort Worth.  She and her husband, Ricardo, live in Carrollton, Texas and are members of St. Rita’s Church in Dallas.  They are expecting their first child, another NaPro miracle, in August 2015.

 

Brian Asmussen, MBA

Brian Asmussen has over 15 years of experience working in neuroscience, orthopedics, trauma, and spine service lines within complex academic medical centers, private practice, and health systems. Thus granting him a unique perspective from both a physician’s point of view and that of the hospital’s administration. Brian joined Medtronic in 2014 as a Strategic Planning Director in Healthcare Alliances.

Most recently Brian served as the Assistant Vice President of Neuro, Ortho, and Trauma Service Lines at Methodist Health System in Dallas, TX. Prior to that, he served as the Administrative Director at UC San Francisco (UCSF) Department of Neurological Surgery and Spine Service Line Director at UT Southwestern Medical Center.

A native Texan, Brian earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration focused in management from Texas Tech University and a master’s in business administration with an emphasis in healthcare services from the University of Dallas. Brian and his wife, Cristi, live in Las Colinas and serve as parishioners at St. Ann’s in Coppell, TX. They are expecting their first child, Elizabeth Ann, in August 2015 through embryo adoption.

 

Emily Smith, PA-C, NFPPAI

Emily Smith is a physician assistant with experience in emergency medicine and otolargyngology. She is currently practicing in Head & Neck Surgery at UT Southwestern. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University and her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University in Paris, Tennessee. 

Emily is in the process of completing her internship as both a Natural Family Planning Physician Assistant and a Creighton FertilityCare Practitioner through the Pope Paul VI Institute in Omaha, Nebraska. She is a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church in Dallas, Texas and teaches the Creighton Model to young women and couples at Christ the King in Dallas. 

 

Hayden Grahm, cpa

Hayden Grahm has worked at Alexander Booher & Associates for the last seven years and recently made partner in 2015.  His experience in public accounting includes taxation, financial statement preparation and analysis, bookkeeping, and other accounting services. He focuses on federal taxation, including matters relating to tax reporting and consulting for corporations, partnerships, individuals, nonprofits and trusts in all industries but with special emphasis in the medical field.

Hayden has grown up in the catholic Fort Worth faith while going to St Andrews and Nolan Catholic High School.  In 2008, Hayden earned a Bachelor of Arts, Economics & Finance, from the University of Dallas. It was at the University of Dallas where Hayden met his wife, Sarah.  They currently have two year old twins, Andrew and Isabel, as well as a five month old daughter, Eleanor.  Hayden and his family are currently parishioners at Holy Family Catholic Church.
